These Terms of Service apply when you access or purchase from the KJDrops online store. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.

1. About KJDrops

KJDrops sells printed clothing and gift products through our online store.

2. Products

We make every reasonable effort to display our products, colours, designs and descriptions accurately.

Colours may appear slightly different depending on your device or screen settings. Product images may also be mock-ups or representations of the finished product.

Please check product descriptions and sizing information carefully before ordering.

3. Orders

When you place an order, you will receive confirmation using the contact details provided during checkout.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

a product is unavailable;
incorrect pricing or product information has been displayed;
we suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity; or
we are unable to fulfil the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the appropriate amount.

4. Prices & Payment

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£) unless stated otherwise.

Delivery charges, where applicable, are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed.

5. Production & Delivery

Many KJDrops products are printed or prepared after an order is received.

Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout. These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless explicitly stated otherwise.

We are not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control, but we will take reasonable steps to assist if a delivery problem occurs.

6. Personalised Products

Some products may allow customers to submit names, wording, photographs or other information for personalisation.

You are responsible for checking that information supplied for personalisation is accurate.

You must have the necessary rights or permission to use any images, wording or other material you provide to us.

We may refuse content that is unlawful or infringes the rights of another person.

7. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Your cancellation, return and refund rights are explained in our Return & Refund Policy.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes rights you have under applicable UK consumer law.

8. Faulty or Incorrect Products

If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact kjdropsuk@gmail.com with your order number and details of the issue.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

9. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the KJDrops name, branding, website content and original material created by KJDrops may not be copied, reproduced or commercially exploited without permission.

Third-party rights remain the property of their respective owners.

10. Website Availability

We aim to keep our online store available and accurate but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

We may update, change or remove website content, products or features where reasonably necessary.

11. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Subject to applicable law, KJDrops will not be responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer, you may also have rights to bring proceedings in the part of the UK where you live where applicable.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The version displayed on this website at the time you place an order will apply to that order.
