UK Delivery

KJDrops currently delivers throughout the United Kingdom.

Standard Delivery — £2.99
Free Standard Delivery on orders of £30 or more

Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days.

Many KJDrops products are printed or prepared after your order is placed. Delivery estimates include our normal production and dispatch process.

Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Addresses

Please make sure your delivery address is correct before completing your order.

If you notice an error after ordering, contact kjdropsuk@gmail.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered production or been dispatched.

Delayed or Missing Orders

Occasionally deliveries can be delayed for reasons outside our control.

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable period after the estimated delivery date, contact kjdropsuk@gmail.com with your order number and we will investigate.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or with an item missing, please contact kjdropsuk@gmail.com as soon as possible so we can help resolve the issue.
