Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your KJDrops order. If something isn't right, please contact us at kjdropsuk@gmail.com and we'll be happy to help.

Change of Mind Returns

For standard, non-personalised products, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason.

To request a return, email kjdropsuk@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order and include your order number.

Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel, you should return the item to us within 14 days.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of returning it to us.

You may inspect the product as you would in a shop, but you may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.

Personalised & Custom Products

Products that have been genuinely personalised or made to your individual specifications, such as products featuring your own name, photograph or custom wording, may not be eligible for change-of-mind cancellation or return.

This does not affect your statutory rights if a personalised item is faulty, damaged, not as described or we have made an error with your order.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact kjdropsuk@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number and details of the problem. Photographs may help us resolve the issue more quickly.

We will arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights, which may include a replacement, repair or refund depending on the circumstances.

Refunds

Where a change-of-mind cancellation applies, we will refund the amount legally due to you, including the cost of our least expensive standard outbound delivery option where required by law.

We may wait until we receive the returned goods, or until you provide evidence that you have sent them back, before issuing the refund.

Refunds will normally be made to the original payment method.

Exchanges & Sizing

Please check the size information on the product page carefully before ordering.
